Oxygen Analyzer

Features

FTT offers a new oxygen analysis system for use in fire, pyrolysis and combustion studies
and for process control measurement. This is a portable or rack mounted low cost system
which houses an oxygen analyser (accurate to 0.1%) and a low flow pump (250ml/min).
Specimens can be taken from dynamic systems or recycled into closed systems.
The oxygen levels are continuously displayed or recorded on a suitable data logging system.

The unit can be fitted with additional volume flow measurement probes and programmed to
display heat release rates from dynamic systems.

• Measurement of oxygen levels in full scale experiments.
• Checking vitiation levels in traditional small scale fire test experiments such as NBS
  smoke chamber and tube furnace experiments.
• Acting as an analysis reference for controlling input gas mixtures into experiments being a
  undertaken in atmospheres generated by mixing gases, e.g. in the vitiation chamber ofter
  used with Cone Calorimeters.
• Measuring combustion efficiency.
• Checking output concentrations in industrial process effluent.
• Linking with flow measurement to give a displayed heat release rate measurement for dynamic combustion processes or experiments.
